Online, across Scotland
Online sessions are offered as a full option, not a fallback. A good deal of therapy works just as well by video, and for some people it works better — no travel, no waiting room, and the session happens somewhere you already feel settled.
The rate is the same as in person. All that’s needed is a private space, a reliable connection, and headphones if they help.
Accessibility
There is no step-free access at our East Kilbride location. We’re stating that plainly because finding out on arrival is worse than knowing in advance.
If stairs are difficult or not possible, online sessions are available at the same rate. They are a full option here rather than a lesser one, and for many people they work just as well.
If you would rather be seen in person, say so when you get in touch. We may be able to arrange an accessible space elsewhere, and if we can’t, we’ll tell you straight and help you find someone who can.
If you have other access needs — hearing, sensory, or anything else that would make a session easier — mention it and we’ll work around it where we can.
Appointments
Sessions are by appointment rather than fixed opening hours, which means we can usually work around your commitments, including evenings. If daytime is difficult because of work, say so when you get in touch.
Pricing
£50 for a 50-minute session, the same rate wherever you’re seen. A limited number of reduced-rate places are available — please ask if cost is a barrier.
